Hang Seng up 0.81pc at open

Hong Kong stocks rose 0.81 percent in early trade following a rally on Wall Street amid hopes that the US Federal Reserve would announce fresh stimulus measures.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index gained 153.01 points to 18,961.41 in the first few minutes of trade.
