China, US talk on human rights

China and the United States will hold two days of talks on human rights in Washington next week. The two sides have regular discussions on human rights but they have not produced any significant narrowing of differences. After the last round, in April, the US described the meeting as respectful in tone but unproductive, RTHK reports.
