Development chief urged to come clean

Executive Council convenor Lam Woon-kwong urged the Secretary of Development Paul Chan Mo-po to "take the last chance" to make himself clear on the issue of subdivided flat.
Speaking in a radio program earlier today, Lam said Chan failed to clarify the scandal, even he was given two chances.
