More moves on HOS flats to cool home prices
(09-12 15:35)

The government is putting more restrictions on public and Home Ownership Scheme flats in a bid to cool property prices.
The authority will open in January for 5,000 white form applications to HOS flats. But buyers of these units are not allowed to resell the flats within the first two years of purchase. Sales can only be completed after the premiums are paid off. The government is also opening flats to be choose from 130,000 rental public homes or flats provided by the Housing Authority.
