Kobe beef, previously freely available only in Japan, has come to Hong Kong.

The cattle, originating from Tajima in Hyogo prefecture, are raised on a diet of rice and corn, music and massage. The result? Tender, marbled meat. Be prepared to pay for the privilege, for it costs from HK$400 per 450 grams.

Where: Great and Taste in Citygate, East Point City, Festival Walk, Maritime Square, Olympian City and Tuen Mun Plaza
