For Apple August, Somersby has partnered Grand Central Bar & Grill (Tel: 2736-4888) to create seven apple and cider dishes. Start with apple cider jelly with tuna slices (HK$128) and go on to roast pork belly with apple cider sauce (HK$188). Round it off with an apple sundae (HK$68) of apple slices topped with toffee sauce, meringue and ice cream.
