Aluminum frames make the furniture sturdy but lightweight. Kraft paper is twisted around a steel wire for a fine but durable weave using a century-old Lloyd Loom technique.
The material is dipped in a latex bath and sprayed with an automotive paint to make it extra water resistant and UV proof. Prices start from HK$5,950 for a side table.
One popular item is the Deauville Lounger (HK$19,950), right, which comes with a waterproof cushion for additional comfort. The furniture is available in only one color - broken white - so you might want to perk up your outdoor space with a few accents, such as the handmade bamboo baskets, also available at tree.
The baskets with tray lids (from HK$750), left, come in two sizes and can be used for storage and also as tables. The square temple baskets (from HK$245) are a great space saver - the smaller basket fits in the larger one when not in use.
