With reference to JS Lam's article on "pak pai" and Donald Tsang Yam- kuen's travels ("`Pak pai' payment is the big question," The Standard, March 1), the one real lesson we all should learn is to stop McCarthyism. It does no one any good to continue to dwell on such a trivial matter, blown right out of proportion for ill-intentioned purposes.
