Highwood on To Kwa Wan Road offering units up to 6pc cheaper than neighboring projects

Henderson Land Development (0012) has unveiled the first price list for its To Kwa Wan Road redevelopment project Highwood, offering 81 units with an average discounted price of HK$17,988 per square foot, about 5 to 6 percent lower than other new developments in the area.

The initial batch comprises 81 units with usable areas spanning 272 to 465 sq ft, including 25 one-bedroom, 50 two-bedroom, and six three-bedroom apartments.

Discounted prices range from HK$4.56 million to HK$8.9 million, or HK$16,233 to HK$20,451 per sq ft.

Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of the company's sales department, said the next batch of units could see higher prices and is expected to go on sale within the next one to two weeks.

Phase 1 of Highwood comprises 401 units, measuring 230 to 832 sq ft in size.
